Competition – Terms and Conditions

Terms for “Unique link” competition August 1st – August 8th.

  1. This competition is valid where legally permissible.
  2. Entry to the competition is through advertising eType’s “Unique link”
  3. The competition closes at 23:59 (GMT) on August 8th.
  4. The Winner will be the participant (logged-in user/connected to Facebook) with the highest number of unique installations initiated from the user’s “unique link” (as registered on eType’s company computers).  The prize is Language learning software by Natively Academy.
  5. The winner will be notified by email or through a message on Facebook within 48 hours of the end of the competition.
  6. If you do not reply to an email or the message on Facebook within 48 hours of us sending it, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize. eType shall not be liable for any delay or failure of any email or message communication or failure of Facebook platform or any other platform.
  7. By entering the competition, you agree to us announcing your name publicly as a prize winner.
  8. Entrants must be over 18.
  9. Competition excludes employees and agents (or families of such employees or agents) of eType or anyone else connected with the administration of the competition.
  10. The competition is operated by DSNR LABS.
  11. eType reserves the right to amend any time periods and notification dates at any time, should circumstances make this necessary, or to cancel this promotion before the advertised close date.
  12. eType decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into. No cash alternative is available. The prize only includes what is expressly stated to be part of the prize.
  13. eType will store your email address in connection with this competition solely for the purpose of drawing and notifying the winner.
  14. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook. By registering your email address for this competition, you acknowledge and accept that Facebook shall not be liable to you in any way for any matter in relation to this competition.
